Agreement

By using templatebot.lol (“TemplateBot”, “the service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. TemplateBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI.

The service

TemplateBot is a marketplace for listing and discovering Grok Bot templates (share links and related metadata). We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

Submitting templates and accessing seller tools requires an account via Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Listings you publish

• You must have the right to share the Bot, instructions, and any content you upload or paste.
• Listings must not include malware, stolen credentials, illegal content, or material that infringes others’ rights.
• You grant TemplateBot a non-exclusive license to host, display, cache, and distribute your listing content on the service.
• We may remove or refuse listings that violate these Terms or harm users.

Free and Sale templates

Free templates may be added without payment. Sale templates require checkout through Dodo Payments. Platform fees and payment-processor fees apply as described at purchase time. Seller proceeds are credited first; cash payouts are subject to minimums, review, and our payout process.

Purchases and refunds

Digital template purchases are generally final once fulfillment completes. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access or accounts. Contact us promptly if a purchase failed but you were charged.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, abuse, or attempts to bypass paywalls or auth.
• No impersonation of xAI, TemplateBot, or other users.
• No interference with the service or other users’ listings.

Third-party services

Grok, x.ai Bot pages, Clerk, Dodo Payments, and Cloudflare are third-party services with their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or policies.

Disclaimers

The service and all templates are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that any Bot will work for your use case, that listings are accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TemplateBot and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for amounts exceeding fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
